Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.
By following the link in the email, you can check the delivery status of your parcel at any time.
If you have a customer account, you can also find the tracking link in the “My Account” section.
Customs Duties and Taxes for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries:
As soon as you log into your customer account or select your destination country in the shopping cart,
the prices displayed in the shop will automatically adjust to the applicable tax regulations of the respective country.
You can log in under “Login” (top of the homepage) or create a new customer account under “Login / Register.”
If your primary residence is in a non-EU country and we ship to the corresponding address,
you will always be charged the net price on www.nosugarsugar.de.
Import VAT as well as any customs duties or handling fees must be paid directly to the local authorities
or to our service partner (e.g., DHL). Please note that these costs cannot be refunded
in the event of a return.
